[Case Study] Dehydrating 50 tons of vegetable waste per day
We handle everything from creating layout designs, designing all equipment, manufacturing, delivery, to installation!
Two DM60 units with a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour have been installed and are designed to operate for 8 hours to dehydrate a total of approximately 50 tons of vegetable residue. Although the processing capacity is the same (DM60 model), the equipment on the left and right is used differently based on the nature of the materials (the right machine is for vegetable and fruit residues for feed production, while the left machine is for composting vegetable and fruit residues). A large hopper has been installed on the screw conveyor for transport, allowing for a large amount of vegetable residue to be loaded at once, which reduces the number of times vegetable residue needs to be loaded and improves work efficiency. 【Overview】 ■ Two DM60 units with a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour installed ■ Designed to operate for 8 hours to dehydrate a total of approximately 50 tons of vegetable residue ■ Equipment on the left and right is used differently based on the nature of the materials ■ Enabled loading of a large amount of vegetable residue at once ■ Improved work efficiency by reducing the number of times vegetable residue needs to be loaded *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
